In Memory of Mary Oliver
Cherished Friend and Chorister 

Mary was a founding member of the City of Angels Community Choirs and has committed her talents to our organization from its very inception. She was a valued singer participating in both The Master Chorale and The Chamber Singers.  Along with our seasonal concerts, Mary also joined us on many of our notable performances including our Germany tour, San Francisco tour, Carnegie Hall performances, Disney’s “Live Dumbo” movie trailer, and many more.

 

Mary oversaw the "Silent Auction" at our annual Fall Follies Musical Theater Dinner event each year. Her passion for sharing the gift of music inspired her to be involved with many of our other fundraising events, allowing for the awarding of numerous scholarships to underserved youth singers living in the San Fernando Valley.

 

Mary's passing has left an empty space in The City of Angels family that can not be filled, Her presence is greatly missed but her cheerful spirit and legacy of giving the gift of music will remain alive in our  hearts. Thank you for your part in helping to make that happen
